We took our boys for haircuts today for the 1st time here after hearing all the raving on local forums. All 3 of the boys ( teenagers) are super happy with their haircuts and Zackery. So glad to have a great place down the street from home. Great vibe too, the decor, the music, all cool!

Have been taking my sons here for their last few hair cuts and Alex has done such a wonderful job! He takes his time and seriously does a perfect job paying attention to every little detail! My boys have never looked better!

This place is so professional and what a classic Barber Shop should be!! The atmosphere and quality of their work is worth the trip. You can get a classic shave like you have stepped back in time!!

I’d love to share my experience! Even though I live 30 minutes away, I always make the trip to get my haircut here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. The space itself is cozy, and the team takes the time to engage with you, making every visit enjoyable. Most importantly, they do an excellent job with haircuts! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very very welcoming ! Matt is very awesome no gaslight. But the man is magical. No razor burns as well as precise and engaged in his craft. I have dreads I never let anyone cut the edges of my hair. No half done work for interest in customer and there likings. Highly recommended.

Three or four cuts in, across three barbers as I have grown to trust them all and book off of availability. The shop is immediately inviting, and you can sense the passion from wall decorations to the services provided in the chairs. Simple booking process, and the type of ambiance that makes you want to grab a coffee and enjoy a book even when not there for a cut. Not the type of person who normally enjoys scheduling and sitting through haircuts, but with Roots I melt into the chair and enjoy good conversation, great pricing, and a rustic spot for true gents, and at a convenient location.

This place has no negative reviews and that says a lot about them! Took my 2 year old for a haircut with Joe (after a nightmare experience with a kids salon in the area), and it was great! Awesome atmosphere, friendly, and respectful. The cut looked great !! Joe was great with my son. My little one felt comfortable and said " it was fun and he wants to go back!" And we definitely will :)

I was on the hunt for a new barbershop and this one was recommended and so close to our house. Joe cut my son’s hair perfectly and was helping him with styling it. My haircut and beard trim is probably one of the best I have had in a very long time. All the barbers are friendly and professional. The atmosphere there is very chill and love the variety of tunes playing. My family will be going to Roots for years to come. I would highly recommend Roots and any of the barbers there.
